While it’s very hard to find this kind of place in reality, the great thing about Minecraft is that you can have pretty much whatever you want as long as it can be built. This Small Modern Town map will allow you to bring a cozy and comfortable living space into your Minecraft world. Either the town has so few people that everyone knows everything about everyone else and privacy is just a dream, or it’s really not that small after all and the peace and quiet kind of go out the window.

Modern City Map for Minecraft 1.8.It’s hard to really find that peaceful small town people write and reminisce about the world over. You can find the city at x: 88 y: 58 z: 597, so be sure to pop the F3 menu open before you start trying to locate the city. You’ll need to do some traveling to find the place, but at least the author has included the city coordinates with the map.

Strangely, you don’t automatically spawn in the heart of the city on this Modern City map. There are other maps which provide construction templates just like this one too. It has a wide variety of buildings all packed into a small area, as if it was specifically made for players to copy and paste buildings.
